1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping: 8 to 15 business days total — Free

International Shipping to eligible destinations: 8 to 15 business days total — Free

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Available shipping destinations may change over time and will be reflected during checkout.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
