You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Yes, we can wrap your item in our signature box with tissue paper, and include a card with your personal message. The option is available during checkout for an additional $5.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days. Occasional delays can happen due to weather or high order volume; if your order is affected, we'll email you an updated timeline and your tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number before sending anything back. Normal return shipping is paid by the customer. Versoluxe covers replacement or return cost for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.
